Graduate Certificate in Leadership
The Graduate Certificate in Leadership is a postgraduate program that is nested in the Master of Leadership. This is designed for senior leaders without a bachelor degree to begin formal studies at a postgraduate level. Leaders without a bachelor degree can apply for this course if they have a minimum of five years’ of relevant senior leadership experience.
Graduates will be equipped with not only a broad understanding of leadership principles, but also with critical and creative thinking skills which are valuable to any professional context. This award also provides the opportunity for students to explore the implications of their faith within their vocational and professional contexts.
The next intake for the Graduate Certificate in Leadership is July/August 2022.

The CourseThe Graduate Certificate in Leadership consists of four core subjects:
- LEA401 Authentic Leadership
- THE401 Christian Worldview
- LEA535 Organisational Leadership
- LEA550 Governance, Law and Ethics
STRUCTURE & ENTRY
The Graduate Certificate in Leadership covers the first four subjects in the Master of Leadership and provides a pathway into the Master of Leadership after completion.
Students enrolled in the Master of Leadership can graduate with an early exit after completing the four core subjects in the Graduate Certificate of Leadership.
