Master of Leadership
The Master of Leadership will produce graduates with in-depth understanding of leadership, integrated with Christian worldview, vocation and community standards. Graduates will be equipped with advanced leadership theory and be able to apply this in practical settings, as well as developing skills in critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication.

- Personal growth and discipline
- Team dynamics and performance
- Organisational innovation and growth
STRUCTURE & ENTRY
The Master of Leadership consists of 12 subjects, including 4 core subjects and a capstone project. Entry into the Master of Leadership requires a bachelor degree (or similar) and a minimum of three years’ of relevant leadership experience. For leaders without a bachelor degree, entry into the Master of Leadership is available through the Graduate Certificate in Leadership.
